Chapter Two: They lied...

"Where are you going to?" the taxi driver asked as I went into the taxi
"Um...40 Light Road," I said as I quickly checked the piece of paper from my parents
"Okay, that's not far from here. You're lucky, you're bill will be low," he said

When we arrived at the destination, I realized that the house was kind of familiar. I could've known someone that has lived here.

When I walked inside, I realized. I lived in this house up to the age of three. My parents lied, they had done no work at all to it. It was the same, old, house that I remember.

I looked to see if the furniture from my room as a 3 year old was there, and it was. Everything but the cot, I shared the room with my older sister Bethany.

On the wall, hung a photo of my older sister when she was 10. She was a tom-boy, in fact the biggest tom-boy I know. She always wore that beloved '8' sport top until one day it was ripped off the clothesline by our dog Eden. Bethany always wore shorts even on the coldest days, and her glasses that she needed because of her lazy eye. I haven't seen her since she moved out 10 years ago when I was living with mum and dad, I've heard the she has a partner and possibly even kids...but who is to know.

Then I had a look at the 'Skills' room, which had the computer and a few other things. The computer was 20 years old, slow as anything but it still worked. I turned it on, and saw photo's, photo's of Bethany and I.

NOTE: Thank-you for reading Chapter Two (I think), I got it out quicker than I thought so I'm really happy. I hope you enjoy the rest of my legacy. My posts will usually be longer.
